Safety & Performance
We collaborate with trade partners in a range of specialties, from earthwork to electrical. Coverage must include Northeastern Pennsylvania and/or Southern New York.
BCE is committed to absolute safety. All prospective partners must present their standard Site Safety Plan, maintain an EMR of 1.0 or lower, and have a clean OSHA record.
Licensing & Compliance
Valid licensing and comprehensive insurance coverage matching BCE prime contract requirements are required. Minimum 2 years of project experience is preferred.
